1. How do you like to work with the Scrum team?
Answer: I like to work with the Scrum team by creating a vision and goals to achieve the goals. I like to help the team understand that what we do is for the customers and not for ourselves.
2. Why did you leave your previous job?
Answer: I left my previous job because I disagreed with my boss. He didn’t understand how to create value for the customers and we argued about this point several times. So finally, we decided to go separate ways.
3. What is your favorite strategy to improve your product?
Answer: My favorite strategy is called “The Waterfall”. First, we need to plan the implementation of our product in small steps and then we can evaluate whether each implementation step was successful or not. We will then fix any problem based on our feedback from our customers or based on our marketing data. This way, we will be able to create a better product for our customers in a short time interval.
4. What do you think is a good way to measure productivity?
Answer: I think a good way to measure productivity is by measuring how many features were delivered by each member of the Scrum team in a sprint period. If we have many features delivered in each sprint, then this means that productivity is high because everyone in the team can deliver more features within a short time without any obstacles from outside of the team (such as bugs in software or hardware). This also means that if a feature was not delivered in a sprint, then it’s because there was some obstacle outside of the Scrum team which prevented us from delivering the feature in a certain sprint cycle. The Chief Product Owner can detect this situation and help fix this problem so that we can deliver better features in future sprint cycles.
5. How do you measure the success of a product?
Answer: I measure the success of a product by looking at the market share of each product in the market. If our product has a high market share in the market, then I will consider that our product is successful. Also, if customers are happy with our products, then I will also consider that our product is successful.
